Penguin City Brewing’s renovated warehouse is the newest and largest event venue in the Mahoning Valley.

Located in the trendy Downtown East section of downtown Youngstown, our venue offers a unique post-industrial decor inside a working brewery that is sure to entice and charm your guests. With its high ceilings, historic charm, and large open areas - many of which overlook the brewing and canning facilities - this space is a true homage to the valley’s urban industrial roots and a unique place to host your event. Penguin City Taproom

Book the area’s hippest spot your own for a special event. This is an impressive setting for private parties, professional meetings, and nonprofit fundraisers with a spectacular view of the brewing facility at work. Ample seating at unique brewhouse tables and benches can be supplemented with additional event tables as needed. Allow your guests to take in the full experience of remarkable local entrepreneurship and change-invoking urban renewal.

    • Rental Time: Five-hour periods total between 12pm - 11pm

Pollock Ballroom

Take your guests back in time and relive the thriving industrial period of this steel city’s history. Located inside the rear of the former Republic Steel warehouse, this fully open 6000 square ft space retains its factory-period windows, high ceilings, large dock door, crane, and exposed beams. This is an exceptionally unique setting for weddings, trade shows, larger private parties, professional meetings, and nonprofit fundraisers.

    • Capacity: 300 seated/ 500 cocktail

    • Rental Time: Half-day slots are 9am – 2 pm or 4pm – 7pm.

    • Full-day rentals are 9am - 11pm.

    • Availability: Every day but Monday
